Returns and exchanges

Timeframe

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return it or exchange the size, provided the garment is unused, unwashed and has its original tags.

How to do it

• Write to with your order number and what you'd like to do.
• We reply within 24–48 h with the return label and instructions.
• Pack the garment exactly as you received it.
• Once it arrives at the warehouse we process the refund or exchange.

Refunds

Issued via the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the return. Original shipping is refunded when you return the complete order.

Faulty garments

If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect print, send us a photo within 30 days. We will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included, with nothing to send back.
